Bad management - werkgeversreview Assistant Manager bij First Choice Management Group

Whenever you have an issue or are needing help, you don't get it. But when you fall behind in your work, even after asking for help or asking to work on your days off to try and get caught up you get told no. Take good managers and switch them to a different property and then bring up new ones who have no clue what they're doing and they don't even make an attempt to really learn what they're supposed to. Definitely could use some work in the management department.
