Some of the people are nice.

Minpunten

Confused by who First Citizens is. With all the bank mergers and acquisitions it’s a divide within the organizations. Nothing operates in a coordinated manner and the place feels disorganized and disconnected. Pay is low and bonuses don’t exist anymore. Tons of changes that are not communicated well across the different organizations/depts. There are managers here who shouldn’t be managers. Period. But they are, sadly. Not really known in the market either in comparison to other banks.

Excellent cohesive culture and an accommodating, extensive training program. First Citizens strives to deliver client-oriented service.

Minpunten

No parking lot. You can't expect one at most retail positions in downtown Boston.

Pay is terrible Due to bad pay all entry levels leave so work doesn't get done The systems are completely outdated Does not encourage growth
