Over worked under PAID - werkgeversreview Assistant Branch Manager bij First Community Credit Union (MO)

The core of the organization is falling apart. While their focus on expansion for their members were present, as it should be, their appreciation and respect for their employees constantly fell short. The VP consistently waved the fact the company paid in full for benefits in employees faces as if that should be satisfactory for any work condition. The gossip that would happen when the VP was at my location was extremely sad. No effort was made to get to know the staff, encourage the staff or make the feel appreciated. Simply drama from other branches was shared in a sad attempt to "make friends" or "fit in". Seemed as if everyone did the bare minimum, just to get by.
