Pay wasn't the worst, literally the one thing they had going If you're a member they will do whatever you say if you yell and cry enough, including just giving you free money. Being a member here is a dream at the expense of their employees.

I wouldn't trust upper management to lead me down a paved sidewalk let alone lead a company holding my money Members are insane, erratic, unpredictable, unhinged, children Some of the other employees are even more irritable than the members This is quite literally the worst job I've ever had. The standard for every other experience in my life is "well is it as bad as first community was?" Zero opportunity for advancement Office amenities and culture seems like it is stuck in 1975 No work from home options Limited insurance coverage options Have to work late hours and/or weekends
