Great bosses who are flexible and understandable. Family environment from bosses and other employees. You can work your way up the ladder here. They encourage moving up employees rather than hiring externally, showing value to their employees. Vacation, sick time, and PTO are all separate. Vacation time can rollover (up to 5 days I think). Tuition Reimbursment, huge plus. Good benefits. FCCU contributes to 401k and can match.

Minpunten

Pay needs to be better for the corporate positions. Only 2 weeks vacation time until you reach your 5 year mark and then get one more week.
