The product is cutting-edge technology for an industry highly susceptible to disruption, and the team is always at the forefront of handling any potential obstacles or capitalizing on opportunities for growth. Collaborative, smart, and fast-paced team. We discuss and make decisions quickly and actively solicit feedback from our customers, which is very different than my prior tech company work experiences. Grateful for the flexibility on our hybrid team and focus on getting better and making new things every day. It is awesome to work with people at different stages in their career including other parents of young kids.

Our team is small and nimble, with everyone jumping in to support our continued growth. This intensity may not be the right fit for everyone.
