I have worked at First Fidelity for two years and I love it. I am currently a personal banker, and I am actively training to promote to an assistant manager. If you can show that you are willing to learn and grow, the managers here are more than willing to help you thrive in whatever area you are interested in. At First Fidelity, we have employees that have started here and stayed with the company since. I believe that this is because we function as a family and everyone is willing to help whenever they need to.

The work that you are willing to give First Fidelity is the work they will be willing to give you. Depending on the type of employee you are, this will determine if this is a pro or a con.
