Pluspunten
*Work from home. * Salary is fair. *You have room to improve and develop in your career. *Dailly Training (Up to you if you want to attend). *There is usually someone that you can refer to if you need help. *Fun phone application to check your payment. *People are usually happy (Not sure if this is a pro though). *Busy environment which might help time to go faster. *Fair benefits. *The company lives virtually which creates a worldwide connection between all the countries that work for FirstFocus. *90% friendly clients which is rare to see within IT companies.
Minpunten
*Toxic environment coming from everywhere.( there are multiple countries involved) *People will snitch on you, and the worst part is that your manager wants you to snitch on them as well, this creates a very toxic environment which I detest. *Too many meetings on a daily basis. *Most strict time system I have seen, you need to declare what you work on and make sure you complete your 8 hours every day, there are some admin charge codes that you can use but not abuse (Good luck in slow days). *Company has stupid values that no one respects. *Dishonest people. *100% Fake people, they are clowns (they smile because they are forced to, otherwise someone can report them, and then their manager will tell them off) *People might bully you, or snitch on you. *Managers aren’t good at all because they must follow a very strict military process. If they tell you off, you need to get back to them as soon as possible and come up with a good answer and explanation (Stressful). *Sometimes managers might force you to send cheers (like a virtual greeting card) to someone else. (Very Toxic) *There are tons of managers and team leaders *Discrimination. *Managers don’t really understand their staff. * Stressful environment, sometimes prison-like. *Dishonest promises from managers might trick you and throw it back up you unexpectedly. *Treatment is horrible, the worse company I have worked in IT during the past 10 years. *100% not recommend, 100% will never go back to this company. I hope all the new changes improve this company. I really wish them the best and I hope not to see them again. Amen.
