I have met some really great people who live in the buildings or work for Greystar. Helps build experience, good beginner job for young workers.
Minpunten
As far as management goes, they are sloppy about scheduling. They will change your shifts and locations often & without notice. They do not work with your schedule especially if you have another job. There are no benefits. No opportunities to move up, even lead concierge gets paid the same wage.
