A handful of the people are lovely

There’s a reason this company keeps racking up identical negative reviews. Promotions aren’t earned here they’re handed out to friends, not to the people who actually work hard and deserve recognition. I witnessed some extremely inappropriate behaviour from management which extends to the operations manager standing up and confronting a pregnant woman (who only asked when lunch was) and was not reprimanded for this, being told you have to make up hours for any medical appointments, the director boasting about how much money he makes in a quarterly meeting but there were no pay rises available within the budget. Management would openly talk badly about people behind their backs, an employee was actively bullied out the company but and the bully walked away untouched because they were involved in a relationship with someone in management and HR minutes mysteriously disappearing when it would go against them to only name a few. Please think twice before joining this company!

Some really nice people there

Poor upper management and lower management chosen by cliques and their idea of “likability”; not talent or experience. Atmosphere is hostile and the staff turnover reflects this. Management is unprofessional and gives obvious biased and preferential treatment. They do not care about their staff in the slightest. Least enjoyable or encouraging place i have worked at so far – there is a reason they only make inexperienced and school leaver hires. Close to the motorway but transport links are shocking. Middle of an industrial with nothing near.
