This bank is nit picky about everything. They tell you that you're doing a good job then you fail the internal audit with things that were never communicated to employees. Upper management sees branch employees as expendable from a conference call we were told that we shouldn't be taking our vacation time if we haven't met our goals as well as being told and I quote "if you don't have a HELOC for the week you should feel sick to your stomach" this bank keeps saying they want to be customer centric but actions speak louder than words this bank just wants money and have let high net worth customers leave because they don't listen to their customers. Mandatory weekly call nights to call customers that we've called hundreds of times and the bank makes no effort to drive in a new customer base.
