Unprofessional HR and Dysfunctional Work Environment - werkgeversreview Manager bij First Quality

My experience with First Quality, specifically at the Nutek Disposables site, was extremely disappointing. The overall work environment lacked professionalism, particularly within the HR department. Communication was inconsistent, concerns were not handled appropriately, and there appeared to be a lack of structure and accountability. From an employee standpoint, the culture did not foster respect, transparency, or support. Situations that required clear guidance or resolution were often mishandled or ignored, which created unnecessary frustration and instability. I would strongly encourage leadership to reevaluate their HR practices and workplace culture. Significant improvements are needed to create a more professional and supportive environment for employees.
