Management plays favorites with jobs that guarantee more work with more pay and with a blatant disregard for seniority and proven dedication. Supervisors get to decide who gets to work more (this repeated on purpose) and also get to verbally abuse employees on a regular basis, even if all the employee has done is ask a question for clarity on an issue. When investigating problems between employees, all the facts aren't taken into account and investigated THOUROUGHLY.
