Pluspunten
I met some amazing clients who were awesome to work with and they helped me grow into a more confident designer. My peers and other fellow interns were also great inspirational people to work with as we learned from each other and pulled through as a team to get stuff done. My team and I were met with the highest praise for a job well done and the feeling was rewarding. The owner is also a friendly guy who tries to bring out the best in everyone.

At First Track Entertainment there is a lack of proper leadership structure. When I first started it was well maintained but then as time went on it went downhill. The company was severely understaffed and the owner dumped the problem on other interns to post jobs on LinkedIn as well as conduct interviews while having no proper experience in recruitment. No proper communication from the owner. There was no real training for leadership. The lack of boundaries set by the owner caused a lot of clients to demand an excessive amount of deliverables in a short amount of time while taking on new clients and trying to meet their demands while still understaffed and overwhelmed. One client went as far as to insult everyone in a group chat for a petty reason (late at night) and the Owner never really defended us when it happened. I understand the industry can get this way at times but the fact that this was an unpaid position added insult to injury and was not worth all the stress I would avoid working with anything owner associated unless he actually pays you
