Not much on this front

I came here to support DEI and community engagement, and quickly learned this is not important to FirstKey. They have one person running this effort, who is grossly unqualified to do so (and lazy). The turnover is very high, as the PE company that runs it guts the organization every fall within an inch of its life. Stay away.
