Minpunten
Training was fast paced and all over the place, with no uniform way of training. Those who were in upper positions do not know to talk to nor treat people in a respectful and/or professional manner. Some of the women in upper positions have a super high strung demeanor with the worst people skills I've ever seen. Not to mention, people touching your work without advisement nor permission, leaving the opportunity for you to be blamed for something you did not do. The environment that was created was uncomfortable, disrespectful, hostile and filled with uncertainty that you will be successful. The way training was setup up by upper management, was not clear nor streamlined. Things were done in such a way that caused you to wonder how long you were given to learn this large amount of information before you were released to do your own work. Don't even attempt to make a suggestion that could make the learning and/or training process better. Trust and believe you will receive a lot of attitude from some of the staff. The pay is NOT worth the amount of hostility, foolishness and unprofessionalism you have to deal with. There are far better companies to work for than this.
