1) Everything is dependent on south African client. even though you are correct, they will never talk on jiras and facts if you dont have good relation with them. Every thing gets managed from a single room. 3) less WFH. 4) strict 8 hours policy, they are planning to increase it as well. 5) yes boss type culture is promoted. some managers even complain about dressing of other team members who even dont belong to their team.
