There is always an hours risk due to client call outs and can be slow to get a full schedule while waiting for placements.

Not much support for new RBTs; de-escalation techniques learned on the job after earning certification, rather than during training. 1 dollar bonus is advertised as something earned automatically after completing 3 months on the job, but is actually only earned after completing 300 clinical hours.
