Each office has a center so there is direct and consistent access to your colleagues to bounce ideas off of. All around skilled BCBAs and a great training program for new instructors.

The salaries are not as high as other agencies, which can be a deal breaker to some. But a positive, supportive, and nurturing work environment is invaluable in this line of work, which FirstSteps has in spades.
