Not all ABA Agencies are created equally. FirstSteps takes pride in helping families and deliver effective, high quality services. At FSFK, you know you are apart of a team that genuinely cares about clients, their families and staff. Their centers are beautiful; they have excellent new hire training and there are numerous growth opportunities. FSFK is an excellent agency to work for (both new to the field and vets!).
Minpunten
The only cons are the ones that come with the ABA field in general and have nothing to do with FSFK. Pay is a bit lower than other agencies but billable requirements and caseload size are manageable so you have a good work/life balance as opposed to other agencies with higher pay but give you a huge caseload.
