I worked with 3 Lucknow based companies so far and found that FirstWire Apps is the best of them all. There is no small city like mentality. Also we have a branch in Bangalore and work with colleagues from Bangalore. This gives us a good exposure. 2 - They are trying to implement all International standards like 5 days-a week work, proper appraisal process, fun activities etc. 3 - We were allowed to WFH for the last 2 years due to pandemic. 4 - Good Culture and supporting seniors 5 - Good USA/UK based projects

You will need to take the proper responsibility of the project. If you are doing any part time work like doing part time MBA or preparing for any test etc then you will not get enough time.
