Pluspunten
The team I am on is very accommodating with full WFH. There is no micromanaging and everyone is really nice. I look forward to coming to work most days and enjoy the projects I get to work on. If you speak up and ask for a specific project they will give you one that aligns as close as possible. Great team and team leadership.
Minpunten
Some problems are that the pay is very low and bonuses are almost non existent in comparison to the position I hold and the market. There are little benefits. Insurance cost is okay but I ended up with COVID and I had to use my vacation time, they would not help me through the sickness at all and I ended up having to work while sick. There is no maternity or paternity leave. There is very little respect to you as a human or a family from the executive team. You are a number to make them money, not a person, and that is all you should expect here.
