Such a gross culture with stupid management. They made me work till 3am in the first month of joining itself. They micro manage you based on your team’s status. No one has basic courtesy to ping you before calling. The HR is just for namesake. Your complains don't go anywhere. Even within the probation period they follow 3 months notice period if you resign (though it is not legal).
