there are almost none, your colleagues will be nice but you won't get a chance to speak to them due to the nature of the job. the training is quite straight forward

Minpunten

its like being chained to a desk by a headset your entire shift. you arent allowed any toilet breaks. the work is so repetitive and mind numbing that you literally end up feeling like a shell of a human or a robot each day. they hardly ever give you 2 days off in a row so it feels like you never actually get away from work. they always cancel your scheduled team meetings and breaks to try and keep you on calls for every minute of the day. you dont even have proper weekends which leads to no work life balance. you get 2 10 minute breaks a day and they are timed by the second by the computer systems, if you're 1 minute over you get called up about it. you get paid a different amount every time and payroll ALWAYS manage to mess up your pay. there are 0 opportunities for progression. you work with ignorant and rude customers all day who treat you like less than dirt with no support and you leave each shift feeling dead inside. your managers will just go on their phones, order in food and chat with each other so loudly that you can't even hear your customers speaking. i would recommend literally any other job over this, no amount of money would payoff for the way this job makes you feel

We work hard to provide a supportive work environment and fair growth opportunities, and your experience is definitely at odds with our values as an organisation that puts our people at the heart of what we do. We understand that working in a fast-paced environment has its positives and negatives, which is why we work hard to make sure our employees are well supported. A lot of our employees like completing their hours across four days so they can have an extra day off, but we do have a wide range of other shift patterns available, so you can work the hours that best suit you. Please discuss this with a member of our local HR and Management team and we will do our best to facilitate your request. In regards to your pay issues, there are many reasons why your pay may not always be the same. As per your contract, you receive payment based on actual hours worked, if your scheduled hours are not met for a number of reasons this will relate to your pay being varied (late to shift, overage on breaks or sickness etc.). There are also times unfortunately when it’s a genuine system error. Management and payroll will work urgently to have it rectified for you as soon as they are made aware. We have fed back to the site about the noise levels but please do feedback your concerns locally to HR or you can anonymously use our happy or not stations to provide feedback.
