Everything, management is awful, promotions based on favoritism, blatant HR violations that i couldn't be bothered pointing out. Pay is terrible and every time you do even the tinniest thing wrong you are in a meeting where if you do something well nothing is even said. This is the worst place I have EVER worked, stay as far away from this place as possible.
