Not much I can think off maybe the biweekly pay dates

Minpunten

Messed up my pay multiple times you get monitored on even going to the toilet not allowed to call in sick immediately get a recorded discussion under staffed so you’re overworked as everyone is leaving the job

In some roles, certain processes are in place to maintain service standards and so we can support the team’s workload. We also understand that matters including payroll, can sometimes be frustrating, and we continually review these systems to improve accuracy and clarity.

Remote, Company provides equipment, No Weekends. Gain your experience and move on!

People with higher education do not succeed with this company. Peanut shells for pay (not the whole peanut) with expensive “benefits”. Very much ran on favoritism. Some leaders micro manage to the point of not wanting to clock in to a remote position, yet take zero initiative in training you at any time during your onboarding. Equipment is subpar. Beware of the HIPAA violations!!!!!
