There are many wonderful people, and the office I work at has a peaceful environment. There is a wide variety of snack options available and an open-door policy in place. Sometimes, unrealistic expectations and a lack of current documentation (which affects both understanding current policies and updates/updates and training) are present. The siloing effect is prominent in certain areas. Additionally, the weekly one work-from-home day has been removed, so it is now required to be in the office every day.
