For the most part, I enjoy the people (my peers) with whom I work. Most people are hard-working and smart. I have learned a lot from them.
Minpunten
Senior management does not seem to truly understand or communicate things as a complete vision. Instead most people are left with only half-information. People do not seem to want to work together as "One Fiserv" which is often touted.
