Pluspunten
There is a vast amount of knowledge to gain. I have been able to work on 3 different teams and move up the company. I truly felt (early on) Fiserv cared about developing me and I felt progress all the time.
Minpunten
I feel there is little trust with management. They don’t backfill positions. They are just doing more with less. The tone from management has changed and it’s causing poor moral. They aren’t developing their people like they used to. From the tracking software and layoffs I know workers are on edge and I think from a top level down there isn’t a lot of transparency. Their process for reviews and raises are a joke. Poor training. Project process is so backlogged so no matter what there is friction with the clients on timelines which are out of our control. I don’t feel they are setting their workers up for success with the business.
