      -Start early and can possible get out early. - Good team of employees

      Minpunten

      -Commission pay can be ok sometimes but I def need more money to live. - working in extreme weather - short staff - They say you rarley work Saturdays but that is not true. - You only have the major holidays like Christmas off afer they say you are off on holidays. -No Benefits

      We're sorry to hear that you don't love your job. You may want to consider talking with the franchise owner or your manager about your concerns or frustration you're experiencing. There may be opportunities for improvement!
