There are literally no pros.

They do not care about you. You never get thanked or showed appreciation no matter how hard working you are. They do not treat people fairly or with respect. Staff are treated like dirt on a shoe and constantly made to feel irrelevant and unvalued no matter how hard you work. You’re only important if you’ve been with the business for 100 years or part of the management team… Or a man! It’s a sexist company. Women are not taken seriously and are only there for decoration. If a woman has an opinion… you’re rude, or bossy or just moaning. The HR team are rude, fake and patronising. They also don’t know how to smile. I worked in the e-commerce team and I was not allowed to work from? I had to be in the office 5 days a week including 1 in 3 Saturdays. The salesman are creepy. Constant empty promises to progress you. I asked for more pay and I was laughed at and told ‘only managers get paid that’… found a job for the exact amount of pay I asked for months later … And it’s not a management role… The company is old fashioned and HORRIBLE to work for. Please avoid.

Great environment with friendly and supportive people. Collaborative team and management with a solid understanding of eCommerce fundamentals. Good exposure to digital tools and analytics platforms. Opportunities to grow and lead high impact projects as well as working with other departments. Approachable and supportive management were individual contributions and efforts are recognised and rewarded.

Currently no hybrid working available. More time off or flexible options would be helpful.
