- A lot of micromanaging from Managers. No autonomy, no discussions on the improvements. Just receives information top down that doesn't even makes sense. - Expectation to work a lot and to deliver the 300 tasks you were asked. No help or support from management, you just receive a challange and you are expected to deliver on time and in perfection state. - Top management is laughable, the culture is going to the drain. No feeling of belonging, because they will cut everyone at some point. - No opportunity to growth.
