Pluspunten
- Nice office - Nice colleagues - Flexible home office policy
Minpunten
- There is no investment at all into the employees. No budget for training/certificates; years without bonus; minimal budget for raises; no budget for team events; only last year the Christmas party came back after being cancelled for 2-3 years. Do not expect more that working and getting a salary. No money is spent outside of that. Not a single benefit is given for good work (as bonus is related purely to company result and therefore usually not given, even though a change this year finally made a small bonus payout possible). - For multiple years, we have been having pretty much continuous layoffs, spread over 2 CEOs. Budgets are made, we make according plans and 3 months later, the budgets are already cut. The lack of consistency due to continuous changes makes gradual progress in projects very hard. Everyone is overstretched due to lack of resources and projects from the past that were invested into, need to be burried as everyone around it is gone. Then, of course, a similar project is created again and the cycle repeats. In a similar way, roles have been laid off to later on be hired again. It does not feel at all like there is a vision from management. Employees have also grown weary of management and do not completely trust that the real vision is shared with us.
