This is a great place to get a start in your career. You really do learn everything from script writing to producing tv spots to PPC to print. Its a great way to dive head in to the field. You are really not given much training just expected to sink or swim as soon as you start.
Minpunten
Most everything else. There is constant turnover. Every single week it seems like someone is quiting or being fired. The owner and his family has no respect for anyone not with their last name. They use you like a pawn doing whatever they need till they dont need you anymore. The pay is almost illegal its so low. The creative only comes from one person and that is the owner. It is cheesy and is one of the reasons this company loses so many clients. There is a tremendous amount of client turnover . You never feel safe about your job because you see people hire and fired constantly. You could start an amazing company with all the good talent this company has let go for no reason. The workplace is also extremely unprofessional as the family that runs the agency has no respect for anyone that works there what so ever.
