I wish there was more direct, tangible oversight of the Secret Shopper Program, especially since such a high emphasis is placed on it and a significant chunk of a location's renown, visibility, profit employee pay is directly connected to it. Kudos to Five Guys for correcting major issues that come up in regards to the Program, but I still wish the company had a little more direct involvement in the system, mechanisms and checks & balances.
