I loved being independant & productive, social & responsible. It would have benefit the company not to overlook female managers, who demonstrate positive represntation for the company.
Minpunten
The politics are impossible to overcome. I worked hard, seemed relying on me was a positive quality, yet it didnt get me anywhere after 3.5 yrs. I left to find higher grounds due to Five Star's very unreasonable feminist office conflicts which evolved around jealousy & incorrect assumptions. The gentlemen in charge weren't even willing to hear my side, which mafe it easier to part ways.
