The application was stupid long, and ridiculous. The application required us to meet with a pseudo "team" and pretend to teach. It was a stupid amount of work for a freaking job application. Also once we got the job, our priorities weren't clear and it felt like we weren't doing any real work. it was disorganized and unnecessary. They also replaced us with AI. There was no sense of loyalty, once our contract was over, it was no contact. There were also constant invites for unpaid virtual "social" events. It just felt like a joke.

Management is a nightmare and will pretend like they care about you only to overload you and then ace you after you’ve bent over backward to help them. Don’t actually share your opinions or ideas. Just go along with everything or you'll eventually get replaced. You could work on a project for months only for it to be shelved or never see the light of day. Which at a big company could be considered normal but at a startup is a huge waste of everyone’s time and effort.
