We must improve communication to ensure teams get the information needed from others to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.; - Though there has been an improvement in the past year or so, there seems to be a tendency for people to lob an issue over the fence into another team's lap without asking "what can my team do to solve the issue?" - Flash is experiencing growing pains - but are working on improving communication and internal processes. - Work-life balance can be an issue, depending on the role within the organization.
