I have worked with FlashFomo subcontracting as a graphic/product designer since their launch in early 2019. Having fairly extensive contracting experience in a variety of industries, I would not hesitate to recommend FlashFomo as one of the best companies I have ever contracted for. They have always been extremely friendly and easy to work with. The projects I have worked on have been varied and interesting, and more importantly, fun! (Which is not something you can say very often as a freelance designer). The briefs provided by FlashFomo have always been detailed and clearly communicated, while simultaneously flexible, allowing for creativity. I have always felt free to provide feedback, and have found that the FlashFomo team respects professional opinions and are willing to take suggestions, enabling an effective creative partnership. While the FlashFomo team displays a high degree of professionalism, they're also enjoyable to work with. They are warm and welcoming and make you feel like part of the family!

Our CEO/ co-founder David has the charisma, vision and instincts of every successful entrepreneur. He is diligent, energetic, humble and generous. I was so privileged to attend large events and conference under his leadership, which enabled me to build up my networks and gain valuable industry knowledge that I could never have. Above all, he is the leader who is able to sit down with you and spends huge amount of time listening to your ideas and discussing about your career goals even though he is the busiest person in the world ! Shout out to our great businesswoman/co-founder of Flashfomo, Jasmine. She has a strong business acumen and exceptional executive ability, she is one of the role models I’ve been always looked up to. I also benefited a lot from industry knowledge and career advice she passed on to me. I am very grateful to have met Jasmine when I needed the guidance most. Our terrific product manager Phoebe is an extroverted versatile talent who keeps everything organized. I really admire her interpersonal communication skills and project management skills. She is very approachable and always receptive to new ideas. She has the high EQ to keep the mood light while inspire great performance. She is a real powerhouse, great mentor, and genuine friend! At FlashFomo, there is an open-door policy where you are encouraged to speak your mind and ideas, I was trusted to independently handle various tasks that took my skills and experience to the next level! If career progression is important to you, then your leader and people you work with is much more important than the company you work for. I was very appreciative of the opportunity have worked for FlashFomo, I believe one day our path would cross again !
