It's helpful to see which parts of our culture and processes resonate. We also appreciate you sharing how a change in priorities can sometimes be demotivating. On the one hand, this is positive because it shows you are passionate about the work you do and that you want to help take these projects to the finish line for a successful launch.
When priorities change, it is based on what is strategically best for the business and our customers. It is not reflective of the good work you and the rest of our team does on these projects. Regardless, it’s important to us that our team has a positive experience at FleetOps and we have worked to improve our internal communications when these changes take place.
On the topic of our roadmap, we have increased communication around the company’s short and long term priorities to help everyone see how their individual work contributes to current projects and how those projects help us achieve our long term goals.
