Great place to learn and grow your IT skills. They work with small companies all they way up to corporate level companies. They are able to handle highlevel support with a wide range of knowledge. If you don't know the answer there is someone on the team that does.

Sales, I couldn't get comfortable with attempting to sell customers solutions. I always felt there should be a sales team or management that steps in and pitches solutions instead of the engineer
