Sometimes the workload can be a bit high and deadlines may feel tight. In some cases, communication can be improved and growth pace might feel a little slow depending on the project.

Nice people, work from home, no micromanaging. ...but, these same nice people will throw you under the bus to save their own job/reputation.

Minpunten

Leadership, and technical people, have no idea how to sell, or create a selling organization. They are very prideful Indian people, that can't have an American tell them a better way of doing things.
