Pluspunten
Worked at Flipp for years, loved the benefits and loved a lot of the work I did. The culture was a little juvenile and failed to translate the team cohesion it strived for in practice. Leadership means well but are often blinded by ego when making team first decisions and taking feedback in pragmatic terms.
Minpunten
experience depends on your manager and your teammates. My experience varied by the month depending on who I was working with internally and externally. I had some great highs there, and some significant lows that eventually led me to leave. There should be more consistency and more follow through from management to protect employee experience. that was typically the first thing docked off the priority list when managing targets and that’s just poor business practice when thinking sustainably.
