Work culture can be too intense. A little too focused on the "flipp" way of doing things. Won't hire you for your external perspective. If it doesn't fit the mold you won't be respected or listened to. It's Flipp's way or you get fired basically. See below. Will fire you if you don't perform. Have seen many people let go for honestly no reason. Very cliquey among people who have been at Flipp for 6+ years. The sales team is treated like royalty so there are very little boundaries for cross functional support teams. Especially if the leadership of these cross functional support teams are people pleasers. Leadership has been very dishonest in recent big scrums. All the founders have already exited essentially. The PE firm who owns majority stake is trying to squeeze and sell.
