Small salaries, bad leadership, very inconsistent in decisions, no education offerings, career leveling doesn't exist. If you are somewhat experienced, avoid at all cost. Good workers usually stay for a year, then they try to find a normal job, and that's becoming company problem as each month more and more talented and hard-working people flee, leaving bad ones. So each month situation is getting worse and worse. Absolutely no chance to get a promotion, most of the people they hire are, well, not up to the task to say it kindly. You will get frustrated with coworkers. Also, working great or working badly is the same - you will not get demoted or promoted. Problem is you can live with that for a short time, then it gets frustrating if you work good and hard.
