It is a very flat organization. You will have direct access to senior management. Also, they has significant financing that will allow them to operate for a significant amount of time as they work to become profitable.

Minpunten

They are currently working to define their strategy in the US. When that is complete, they will do very well.

I would encourage people to work there. Everybody was nice and it has flexibility and a good work/life balance.
