I have been with Fluidic for quite some time and have seen it grow from a small start up to a "proper" SME, with all the joys (and pains) that brings. As with every growing Company there were some teething problems... Processes took time and effort to be developed and implemented, new skills had to be acquired, teams reformed. Sometimes people ended up in the wrong positions, sometimes people in the right position left.
