Pluspunten

Accepting and engaging culture, friendly people and reasonable company benefits. Loved the atmosphere and ability to reach out for help/support. Ability to work remotely is a norm, even before covid times.

Minpunten

Many managerial and leadership positions were occupied by non-leader type of personalities. In addition, it felt like leadership was selected by the number of years at the company and not by the interpersonal skills. This is how the leadership fell short and sometimes even non-competent. This created numerous times unneeded stress at work and lowered motivation.

Our Leadership academy continues to build our leaders' skills, not only on the salesforce area but also the soft skills that are needed in leading people.
