      Pluspunten

      You get the best people to work with because everyone is trauma bonding. The trauma propels you to leave that place as quickly as possible. Every greeting is a reminder that you must leave because Management does not care about you. They just care about their revenue

      Minpunten

      A lot of cons, the entire workforce is toxic, Management does not care. only more work. A few giveaways here and there, nothing about making your life easier and when you try to resign, they will ask to renegotiate your salary terms. A weird culture a wicked system If your enemy works here, you don’t know what your creator is doing for you People who work in banks live better than people who work here

      There are NO pros to working here. The only pro was it being remote, because you could save money from transportation. Now, they have mandated everybody returns to the office, 5 days a week, with no transport allowance, so no reason to keep work here.

      Minpunten

      There's a lot. A whole lot. - No more remote. Fulltime in office, 8am - 6pm effective July 1st. - Poor pay. I mean dirt poor. Senior engineers do not get up to N1m monthly. I kid you not. - WFH allowance is only N10k despite several townhalls for it to be revisited. - You get promoted in title yes, but not in responsibility and working with new technology. It's same work, new title. - The only cost of living adjustment they did was 5% gross annual salary increase, as opposed to what you would see on social media.
