Minpunten

No 401K, Moral very low, Inexperienced management. No positive recognition for the good that people do or projects that they complete. No structure for reviews and goals. Bad direction in general, Department managers can't control\manage their own department, Waste of career time. CEO does not talk to the company employees as a group, only sends out e-mail.

Team is great, monthly team lunch. Amazing work life balance, ownership for the project. Teammates are great engineers and can learn from them a lot!
